‘Leader’ Audio Launch
‘Leader’, a film directed by Sekhar Kammula had its audio release ceremony on November 22nd. The film is being made under the impressive banner of AVM Productions, this being their 174th film. The film is introducing movie magnate D.Ramanaidu’s grandson and producer D.Suresh Babu’s son Rana Daggubati to the Telugu film industry.
Prominent film personalities such as Megastar Chiranjeevi, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Dr D Ramanaidu, producers M Saravanan & M Guhan, D Suresh Babu, Rana, Allu Arjun, Sumanth, Manchu Vishnuvardhan Babu, Aswini Dutt, Krishnam Raju, Murali Mohan, BN Reddy, MS Raju, Sekhar Kammula, Mickey J Meyer, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Tanikella Bharani, KL Rama Rao, D Siva Ramakrishna, Prakash, Ahuti Prasad, Krish, heroines Priya Anand & Richa Gangopadhyaya were present at the occasion. The event was hosted by anchor Suma.
Sekhar Kammula said, “India requires a good contemporary leader. I wanted to portray such a leader who can alter today’s political scenario, and thus did so through my film. Mickey. J. Meyer’s music for the film is excellent, and has been composed after considerable research on patriotic and devotional songs. Rana is a self-disciplined actor and I want the audience to be the judge of his performance.”
D.Ramanaidu said, “Today is one of the happiest days of my life. I hope that the people’s blessings are always with Rana and that someday he surpasses my success. I truly wish that everyone watches him on screen in ‘Leader’ and makes the film a grand success.”
Venkatesh said, “Rana will become a ‘leader’ in the Telugu film industry. I hope the audiences will give him the same encouragement they have given me all these years for his success.”
Chiranjeevi said, “I consider this function as my own, just as I felt for Charan’s launch. Rana is lucky to be launched by a prestigious banner such as AVM. ‘Punnami Nagu’, my film under this banner was a huge milestone. Sekhar Kammula makes thought provoking films and I wish that ‘Leader’ will taste huge success.”
Rana captured the attention of the entire stadium through his humble impressive words. Towards the end, the CD’s were released formally by Producer Saravanan and the cassettes were released by Chiranjeevi. ‘Leader’ mementos were presented to the entire cast and crew of ‘Leader’.

From the comments that I heard so far I think this film is different from the run-of-the-mill type.
A few song and dance sequences, some fights sequenes and a comedy track that is either part of the story line or not is order of the day in the Film Industy today. Today’s films demonstrate the penury of talent and new ideas.
In reality we have no dearth of talent.
Many film stars and producton houses do not feel comfortable tapping the talent available in the viewers who spend their savings for watching the movies that you produce. The film songs of the Leader do not sound so different, except the usual stamp of the taste of Shekhar Kammula.

This would encourage any film producer and film star to visualize a wonderful movie. The Narthanasaala of NTR is no doubt a significant attempt but it lacks in many aspects. Suresh Productions can recreate this in a very creative way without tampering with the real story described by Shri Chatanti from the works of Tikkana and Veda Vyasa.
Thus you have so much to tap from our Epics and Vedic Literature and thereby you do so much in upholding the Sanathana Dharma. This alone would give you fame and name coupled with unbelievable prosperity.

Please do select some good subjects. i would recommend your second film based on the fashion (like the hindi movie) most of my friend liked your sstills and commented that you look like a macho man. do n ot change your hair style. please maintain as it is in the “Leader” movie.
