On December 14,Maa TV had an exclusive interview with Rana on the occasion of his birthday. In his interview, he shared his experience working with Sekhar Kammula and team. He was thrilled when he heard the subject and thought it was the perfect story for him to debut. He also shared his childhood experience and friendly relation with Tollywood stars Ram Charan Tej , Allu Arjun and Naga Chaitanya. He also mentioned about his friendly relation with the family. Finally, the interview concluded by thanking his fans for their love and respect they have shown and expected to continue in the coming years.

If a film can give an excelent entertainment it is the most commercially viable one. This is the thumb rule of film making. Take for instance the movie your Grandpa made: Indrudu-Chandrudu. I have failed to see such movies later from the banner of SP. You can rope in Kamal Haasan and your uncle Venkatesh in a production where you also play a significant role and create a wonderful movie. I have a suggestion for you make this a reality. Just open a contest for creating a detailed script for this with a brief story line. Shortlist a few and listen to the writer. I am sure you would get the unimaginable one out of this process and can produce a really “wonderful” movie.
